LoRaWAN Device Incorrect Password

When you enter the ATPIN on the label using the serial port, Incorrect Password is displayed.

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot

1.Please check if the password has been entered correctly.

(Please enter the number directly. There is no need to add the AT+PIN prefix)

2.Check the parameter Settings of the serial port tool: BaudRate: 9600, databit:8, No parity, No flow control.

3.Check whether the USB-TTL wiring is correct.

If all the above checks are correct, you can try updating the firmware of your device.

After the firmware update, ATPIN will be restored to the factory password, which is the ATPIN on the label.
